Refund policy

All Venning Investments Group items are printed to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

What we will replace

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@venninginvestments.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided production has not begun. After production starts, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Sizing

Full measurements are provided on every product page. Please check them before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend taking the larger one.
